YOU HAVE THE TRAINING

In the early 1990s, the International Franchise Association launched the Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative (VetFran) in the United States of America. To date over 100 USA companies are participating in the effort. Participating Franchisor members have agreed to help veterans acquire their franchise business by providing qualified veterans with financial incentives not otherwise available to other franchise investors. In other words, veterans will get the "best deal."

To qualify for the British VetFran initiative, veterans must meet the standard franchisee requirements in addition to being honourably discharged as member of the British Armed Forces, or as a member of the Forces Reserves who has completed service with a regular unit.

The Mobile Dog Wash & Grooming Service, a member of the Omni Kleen Group, who are members of the International Franchise Association, were so impressed by the USA version it decided to become a member of the British version so as to cater to the British talent pool by providing British Veterans with a lifelong career-partner.
