As part of the initial franchise fee, the
Company agrees to supply to the franchisee the all
the uniform, safety and grooming equipment
needed to start the business.

As
part of the initial franchise fee the company supplies to the
franchisee the the initial stock of stationery and consumable items. These
should be sufficient for the first 3 months of the
new business.

Your
Washing & Grooming Unit
The franchisee is required to enter into
a Vehicle/Equipment Lease/Hire Agreement whereby the Company will
procure the
supply to the franchisee of a vehicle complete with fitted washing &
grooming unit in the Company's livery.
The hired washing & grooming units
fitted to the leased vehicle come fully fitted out with a hydrobath, turbo dryer and clipper system,
together with integral water supply and electrical generator. The
vehicle can be provided to include full
maintenance, including tyres, servicing, repairs and spares, road fund licence and recovery
for the whole of the vehicle lease term.

The franchise package includes full and comprehensive training from
experienced trainers. During
your training you will be provided with your own operating manual and equipment.
It will include all aspects of the
business, both theory and practical. This will ensure that you have
the confidence and necessary skills to provide a high quality professional service to your
customers from the very first day you start your business. The main aspects of
the training are:

Up to
four
weeks residential
washing & grooming training at our approved college.
(Excludes travel and accommodation
costs).

Up to a weeks
one to one training with our training manager.

A 6 monthly
review with our operations manager to discuss the progress of your business.

Regular ongoing
reviews and telephone calls from
our managers to discuss
your progress.

Annual
reviews, master classes, conventions and
workshops to develop your skills.

A telephone help
line and email address to ask for help and advice from experienced
staff.
